Dear Valued Members,
With great regret, we have closed the doors to our American Family Fitness Williamsburg club on June 15, 2022. We realize this sad news is unexpected for our loyal members; however, we hope everyone understands that we were left with no other option as we were not able to come to an amicable lease agreement to continue operating at our current Williamsburg location.
We understand that there will be many questions regarding membership, closing procedures, etc. We have prepared a list of FAQs below to best address your questions or requests.

Will you continue to operate with the same hours until June 15, 2022?
Yes, American Family Fitness Williamsburg will continue to operate until June 15, 2022 as listed below:
Do we plan to keep the Richmond and Fredericksburg clubs open?
YES! All American Family Fitness clubs located throughout Richmond and Fredericksburg will continue operating and serving their communities.
What options are available to me?Automatic Cancelation - Do nothing. All Williamsburg memberships where a transfer of membership is not requested will be billed a prorated dues amount up to and including the close of business day, June 15, 2022. No future maintenance fees will be billed.

Will I get a refund for my paid-in-full membership?
All paid in full memberships will be refunded the prorated value of the remainder of the agreement.
Will I be refunded for my unused personal training agreement?
Our goal is to refund unused personal training agreements within 30 days of the effective date of cancellation. Unused* and unexpired* personal training refunds will be credited to the billing information on file. If the billing information is invalid, a paper check will be mailed to the address on file.
*Unused and unexpired PT sessions according to the frequency of the personal training package purchased.
Please use the member portal to verify and confirm your billing information and mailing address on file.
Will you offer temporary memberships during the final month of operations in Williamsburg?

Will you continue to offer Group Fitness, Cycle, and Mind & Body classes until closure?
Yes, we will continue to offer Group Fitness classes as scheduled. Please use the AFF App or visit amfamfit.motionvibe.com to view class schedules.
Will the KidZone continue to be available to members with family memberships?
Yes. The KidZone will continue to operate as follows:
- Monday - Thursday | 8 AM - 1 PM & 4 PM - 8 PM
- Friday | 8 AM - 1 PM
- Saturday | 8 AM - 12 PM
- Sunday | Closed
