At American Family Fitness, we believe that good family dynamics keep everybody happy. In order to provide a comfortable experience for everyone in our clubs, all members and guests must observe to our club policies and Member Code of Conduct.

In order to provide the safest and most comfortable experience within our clubs, all American Family Fitness members must observe and adhere to the following policies. When appropriate, we will update this information to allow for adherence to government mandates and current CDC regulations.
- While entering, exiting, and circulating the club and whenever possible, it is recommended by the CDC to continue maintaining physical distancing between yourself and others.
- American Family Fitness follows mask policies as issued by VDH.
- You are expected to disinfect (using provided disinfectant and paper towel) every surface your body has contacted, including handles, bars, benches, balls, weights, cardio and mechanical equipment , and mats.
- For the safety of all, you should not visit the club if you or someone in the same household have been exposed to anyone with COVID-19 within the last 14 days or traveled internationally in any “hot spots” as declared by the World Health Organization (WHO) sick or are experiencing symptoms as listed by CDC, especially if you have a temperature of 100.4 or above.
Failure to abide by the American Family Fitness Code of Conduct or any club rules or policies including disruptive behavior or disrespecting staff, members, or guests, can/may/will result in disciplinary action up to and including membership suspension or termination. American Family Fitness guidelines, policies, and Member Code of Conduct are subject to change with or without notice.
