Guidelines & Policies

KidZone Hours of Operation

Infants 6 weeks to kids 13 years of age are welcome in the KidZone. Please note that a Family membership is required to utilize our KidZone facilities.

In order to provide the appropriate care for your little ones, reservations are required for infants 6 weeks to 12 months and may be made by contacting the KidZone. Reservations are not required for toddlers one year and walking to 13 years.

Time Limit

The maximum allowable time for any child in the KidZone is 90-minutes for the first visit in one day. The second visit made on the same day may not exceed 60-minutes.

As a family-friendly club, we understand how important it is to feel safe bringing your little ones with you while you exercise. Our KidZone has implemented enhanced protocols that are consistent with CDC guidelines and cleaning practices. We've also put into place a Member Code of Conduct & Safety Oath for all members to closely adhere to while using the KidZone.

  • Parents are encouraged, but not required, to wear a face mask when dropping off and picking up their child(ren).
  • Children ages 2 - 4 are suggested to wear a face-covering (except during physical activity).
  • Children ages 5 - 13 must wear a face covering (except during physical activity).
  • Anyone entering the KidZone must wash their hands or use the sanitizing solution before admittance.
  • Our KidZone staff practices touchless childcare. When contact with a child is necessary, a staff member will contact the parent in the club.

Youth Fitness - Ages 9-13

Use of specific cardio and strength training machines is permitted while under the supervision of a parent. Should assistance be required, please see the Welcome Desk or Fitness Staff for assistance.
